No, we specialize in retro video games and do not offer PC titles.
Do you do game or console repairs?
We do not currently offer repair services.

What to do in case of error?

Are your products in good condition?
Most of our products are in very good condition, with tests performed on games, accessories, and consoles. Items with cosmetic defects are listed as such (condition-).
Will games and consoles work in my country?
All console video games we sell are in NTSC format for Canada and the USA. Game Boy, 3DS, DS, PS3, PSP, and VITA games are region-free and can be played on systems in any country.
What should I do if my game is not working?
If you're using a clone system or cassettes, clean them with Q-TIPS and rubbing alcohol. For CDs, wipe the deck with a tissue to remove any dirt.

Yes, 99% of our pictures are of the actual product you are purchasing.

How do I sell my games?
Send us photos of what you have for sale. Once we agree on a price, send us the items. After receiving and testing, we'll send you an Interac e-Transfer for the agreed amount.
Can you pick up your order locally?
No, we only offer postal deliveries.
What carriers do you use to ship orders?
We use Canada Post for all our deliveries.
What are the delivery times?
Our delivery times with Canada Post Expedited Parcel are 2 to 14 business days.
Do you provide an order tracking number?
Yes, all our packages are sent with a tracking number.
My order hasn't arrived yet?
Don't worry, most of our shipments arrive without any problems. In case of any problems, we take photos/videos of everything we test and of the packages before sending them for our protection. In case of customer fraud, we must report this to the authorities. Make sure you provide the correct address, because in case of error, the return shipping costs are your responsibility.
